Behind the moon just to the left – sorry, wrong film. In the Ötztal, take a right! You’ll find AREA 47 right after the Haiming/Ötztal highway exit, in the stunning region of Tyrol in Austria. Let’s go!

Arriving by train
The station you’re longing for: Ötztal Bahnhof. Arrive sustainably at Ötztal Bahnhof! Overnight guests get free pickup—just let us know a day in advance. We’ll bring you here and back!
Arriving by car
Take the A12 Inntal highway and turn off at the Haiming-Ötztal exit. At the roundabout on the Ötztal main road take the first exit (big archway!) and you can’t miss AREA 47!
Arriving by Taxi
Pickup is for individual guests only. Shuttles for school classes and corporate clients available on request. Our recommended partner for taxi transfers is Bahnhof Taxi Tipotsch.
Direct to AREA 47 with the new bus line
Starting from July, the new public bus line 8352 will run several times a day directly to AREA 47 — and back. The route starts in Innsbruck and passes through Telfs, Mötz, Silz, Haiming, and Ötztal-Bahnhof, all the way to our doorstep.

How do I get there?
You have the option to travel by car or train. We offer our overnight guests a free shuttle service to and from the Ötztal train station. This offer is only available for individual customers.
For school groups and corporate clients, we can arrange a shuttle upon request. Please contact our Booking Team at info@area47.at or +43 5266 87676 with your reservation number and train details.
What time can I check in?
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. However, you’re welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy free access to the Water AREA on your arrival day.

Of course! We have plenty of parking options available.
