From 1 May 2025, we’re introducing a new, smart parking management system. Why? So you can always find a free spot, arrive relaxed, and jump straight into the action – without long-term parkers getting in your way. That’s why parking fees apply daily from 8 AM to 6 PM.
This is how your arrival runs smoothly.

Are there any discounts for commuters using the car park at Ötztaler Höhe?
Yes! During the off-season, weekly and monthly passes are available.
These can also be purchased via the PARKSTER app:

Is parking also charged in the evening?
No, parking is free from 6 PM, so guests can enjoy our restaurants and entertainment offerings without any stress.
How can guests pay?
By credit or debit card at the machine (cash payments not possible!) or via the PARKSTER app.

Do overnight guests have to pay for parking?
No, overnight guests receive a free parking pass at check-in, which they can use throughout their stay.
Do guests have to pay even for a short visit?
No! The first 90 minutes are free, but guests must get a ticket from the machine or register via the PARKSTER app.
Why are there now parking fees?
To ensure that paying guests of AREA 47 always find a parking space, even during peak season. In the past, many non-guests used our parking areas, which led to congestion and discouraged potential customers. At the same time, we want to encourage the use of public transport. Additionally, maintenance costs for the parking infrastructure have significantly increased in recent years.
