Shipping costs

Vouchers:
You can pay for vouchers directly by credit card, PayPal, or online bank transfer. They will be available immediately as a download and will also be sent to you by email (delivery method: “download and instant delivery via email”). Shipping by post is not available for vouchers, therefore no shipping fees apply.

AREA 47 Action Card:
The AREA 47 Action Card is shipped by post. A shipping fee of €15.00 applies, which already includes packaging costs. Please note that delivery may take several working days, and no shipping is carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Is my voucher still valid?

For this, we need your order number or the voucher code so that we can verify the voucher in the system.

Can I redeem the voucher during my online booking?

No, you can enter the voucher number online, but you cannot redeem it. This is only done upon presentation of the voucher on-site. In general, we recommend contacting us directly when booking with a voucher.

Do I have to make a deposit if I have a voucher?

No, if you already have a voucher, you do not need to make a deposit. However, since this cannot be avoided online, please feel free to contact us directly, and we will create a customized offer for you.

Can I also redeem my voucher at the restaurant?

You can also use our AREA 47 Card in our restaurants, but not in the club. This is the only voucher where that is possible.
