Ready to try wakeboarding? Join our beginner coaching session at the Wake AREA in the Ötztal!
Step by step, our guides introduce you to the elegant art of wakeboarding and take your skills to the next level. At AREA 47’s Wake School Basic, you’ll learn the right way to start and the correct riding technique – with the fun factor dialled up to the max!
Tour information

- Coaching at the wake cable in a small group
Equipment & Packing List
- Swimwear and towel
All equipment, including life jacket, helmet, wetsuit, and beginner boards, is provided.
Requirements & Weather
- Swimming skills
- Good physical fitness and condition
- Minimum age: 10 years; under 14 requires parental consent
The tour runs in all weather. If conditions are unsafe, a replacement date will be offered.
