Leadership Trail

Leadership means something very special in the alpine surrounding - to keep the people safe and on the „right way" from A to B. The „right way" means to keep an eye on the guided people and care about their needs, safety, abilities and welfare at any time. A lot of exciting and challenging tasks enable us to try different leadership techniques, feel the direct experience and develop leadership styles. The team around offers authentic feedback and acts as an excellent learning atmosphere.
