Breakfast times
A breakfast buffet is included in the price and opened from 7:30 am to 10:00 am at Lakeside Restaurant. The blue electronic arm band (key) should be visibly worn throughout your stay with us. Fruit juices and coffee specials are not included in the breakfast price and are to be paid upon consummation in the restaurant.

Check-in
Please note that the earliest check-in to your accommodation is at 2 pm. If you arrive late, i.e. Sundays to Thursdays after 6 pm and Fridays to Saturdays after 8 pm, we kindly ask you to contact our office via phone +43/5266/ 876 76. We will then deposit keys and further information for you.

Check-out
Please clear the accommodation by 10:00 am on your departure day and make sure to give back all keys/chip cards. Through loss or damage to an armband a charge of €10,- per band will be administered. Please always lock your accommodation when you leave it. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen property.

Parking
Parking is only allowed in marked parking zones, vehicles parked without permission in the Nature Reserve and the area next to the tepees will be towed at cost.

House rules
The land around AREA 47 is a NATURE RESERVE. For a friendly and peaceful harmony in AREA 47 our house rules are to be obeyed.
